Returns Policy
Black Manufacturing, LLC

We accept returns of our goods that were purchased through our online store if they are unwashed, unworn and in brand new condition with tags attached and in original packaging within 14 days of purchase. If your item(s) meets these criteria, please contact Josh at josh@blackbearunion.com to obtain a Return Authorization number. Please note that we only offer refunds and do not offer exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds on returns will be given only on the price they were purchased at and we cannot refund the difference on items bought at full price that may or may not be on sale during the holiday season. 

Return Process

Contact josh@blackbearunion.com for a return authorization. Please include a copy of your original packing slip with reference to your RA number and any shipping materials (ie plastic bags) that were sent with your order.

Please note we cannot accept returns for purchases not made through our online store. Returns for purchases from stockists are the responsibility of those stockists and will only be made by such stockists, not Black Manufacturing, LLC, and according to their return policies.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. It may take 3-5 business days for this refund to reflect on your credit card statement once we receive the product.  Please note: RA Number's are required for all returns.
